Our Coffees - a partial selection of our offerings. Single Origin Coffees Brazilian Santos :This is a brilliant mild coffee. This coffee is mild, slightly sweet and has a delicate acidity. A perfect coffee for those who drink their coffee black.and unsweetened. This coffee is available in whole bean bulk and whole bean retail packaging only. Colombian Supremo: This highest grade Colombian has a consistently clean flavor, mellow and nicely balanced. The most popular coffee in the world! Also available in Full City Roast. Costa Rican Tarrazu : A medium bodied cup with a tangy aroma and lively elegant flavor characteristics. A great after dinner coffee! Ethiopian Longberry Harrar: It has a medium body and presents a brew that is pungent and complex with a floral aroma. Jamaican Blue Mountain: The ultimate cup of coffee for the foodie! Wallenford Estate Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee! Rich, Smooth, Chocolate tones make this the coffee for your secret caffeine fueled dreams! Kenya AA: It is our personal favorite, a coffee with a bright, distinct and sharp taste that creates a wonderful smoothness and roundness in flavor. This is a great morning coffee! Panama Ruiz Boquete: WOW! Medium bodied, sweet with a distinct berry note. The characteristics become even more pronounced as this coffee cools a bit. For all you cream and sugar junkies out there, just make sure that when you try the Boquete that you taste the black coffee before adding cream and sugar. Sumatran Mandheling : This is one of the world’s most distinctive coffees. Deep and rich, this is a heavy bodied coffee with many wine like notes. Uganda Conillan: Heavy bodied and warmly spicy. Slightly peppery. Very Different from our other offerings. Colombian SWP Decaffeinated: The best tasting decaffeinated coffee should taste as rich and flavorful as regular coffee. This SWISS WATER PROCESS™ coffee surpasses most regular coffees by all standards. A healthier alternative to most decaffeinated coffees and maintains all that satisfying flavor.
Fair Trade Organic Coffees These coffees are OCIA Certified (Organic Crop Improvement Association). FAIR TRADE Guatemalan Huehuetenango ORGANIC : A certified organic version of one of the big, classic coffees in the world. Distinctive rich acidity, full body and big complex flavor. FAIR TRADE Mexican Oaxaca ORGANIC: One of the world’s premium mild Arabicas. Brisk, Bright acidity, delicate flavor and medium body. FAIR TRADE Peruvian Chanchamayo ORGANIC: This is a truly wonderful coffee from central Peru. Delicate acidity, medium body with a slightly sweet mild flavor. FAIR TRADE Sumatran Gayo Mountain ORGANIC: The organic version of one of our favorites and one of the world’s most distinctive coffees. FAIR TRADE Guatemalan FULL CITY ORGANIC : A darker roasted version of our Guatemalan Huehuetenango. Bigger rounder bodied, slightly sweeter and darker in tone. FAIR TRADE ORGANIC French Roast: An organic version of our special dark roast blend for those who want a deep, dark, full bodied coffee with an extra element of flavor. Espresso; A little different than our traditional espresso, this is what’s
called a WEST COAST ROAST. Lots of
dark oily beans with a great punch. This is an espresso that’s perfect for
milk based espresso drinks. A bittersweet slightly nutty flavour, heavy bodied
and long lingering finish. FAIR TRADE ORGANIC House Blend Decaffeinated: Our organic decaf is our special blend of SWISS WATER PROCESS™ certified organic coffees. The best tasting decaffeinated coffee should taste as rich and flavorful as regular coffee. This decaf coffee surpasses most regular coffees by all standards. Blends Black Rock Roast: We have selected Africa's finest and blended it with the best of South America. It is a mixed roast and is a great way to start your day. Black & Tan Original: Full body, smoky flavor, still vibrant with the notes of a mild roasted single origin coffee. Black & Tan ORGANIC: Similar in taste and body to the original but roasted using only CERTIFIED ORGANIC shade grown coffees. Delicious and good for the earth too! Black & Tan Decaffeinated: Same great taste without the edge. Drink the whole pot and enjoy! French Roast: Our special dark roast blend for those who want a deep, dark, full bodied coffee with an extra element of flavor. This coffee is not recommended for those with a heart condition! Need we say more? Harbour Blend: A medium roasted blend that combines mellow flavor and earthy aroma. An easy drinking coffee that is a pleasure at any time. Moka-Java: Our own special version of the grandaddy of all blended coffees. A more aggressive Moka-Java, with a deeper, fuller body, and more earthiness in the bass notes. The full city roast adds a bittersweetness making the blend more complex. South Shore Blend: This Full City (med. dark) and French roast mix has a full bodied flavor that satisfies. A deep hearty treat on a rainy day.

Espresso Espresso d’Oro: A traditional Italian blend makes it easy to have a great tasting espresso. While other espresso blends may have an undesirable bitterness, Espresso d’Oro has a polished and smooth finish. Whole Bean only. Jet Fuel Espresso: A West Coast Roast, very dark and pungent. Slightly carbon tones. Very aromatic with a bittersweet aftertaste. An excellent base for espresso based drinks. Special Order (Minimums apply) Whole Bean only.
