Nicaragua Red Honey

  In the Red Honey process, after harvest the fruit skin is removed and the fruit is dried with all or nearly all of the fruit pulp adhering to the beans. This wonderful Red Honey Catuai varietal comes from the Peralta family at Finca Samaria in the San Fernando municipality in the Nueva Segovia region at 1400m above sea level. A big full bodied coffee it is a little more fruit forward, slightly chocolatey and very aromatic. $16 / 454 g
